ABOUT THE TEAM
  • Our New game division’s mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
  • This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • UI/UX Design:
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for hybrid casual games.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate UI/UX concepts.
  • Ensure the interface aligns with the game’s style and enhances the player experience.
  • Motion Graphics:
  • Develop dynamic motion graphics for in-game menus, transitions, tutorials, and visual feedback.
  • Create animated assets, effects, and cutscenes that enrich the overall aesthetic of the game.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into the game engine.
  • Art Direction & Creation:
  • Design and produce high-quality 2D/3D game assets, animations, and visual effects.
  • Define and maintain the art style, ensuring consistency and alignment with the game's vision.
  • Create concept art and mockups to visualize ideas and guide the art team.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Game Artist to establish best practices and standards for the team.
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other artists to align visual elements with gameplay objectives.
  • Take feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals and player expectations.
  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and motion graphics in the gaming industry.
  • Propose new ideas and innovations to improve player engagement and retention.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and motion graphics for games or interactive media.
  • Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Expertise in motion graphics tools like After Effects, Spine, or similar animation software.
  • Solid understanding of game design principles and how UI/UX impacts player experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs and motion graphic work for games.


NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience working on hybrid casual or mobile games.
  • Familiarity with Unity for integrating UI and motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of player psychology and how to design interfaces that guide and engage users.
